Absolutely not. IRS doesn’t have a separate queue for professional fillers and individuals. If sending by mail, it would take 2 to 4 days extra but once the return is at IRS it is scanned by high speed AI scanners within 24 hours. The delay often happens due to errors in documentation or computation which will happen regardless of if that is an issue. With top-of-the-line software, we pay $49 per return just for this grade of accuracy, it is very unlikely to happen.

Simply put, we don’t have fancy offices or large overheads like them. Our world headquarters are in the basement of our home, and our commute time is only one flight of stairs. Our price with all the discounts is very good value.

You can still purchase monthly bookkeeping subscription, in 2026, and we shall do your 2025 personal/family taxes. For yearly bookkeeping we shall do two years (2025 and 2026) for free (A $500 value)

Unfortunately, no. We block our time based on your order and spend time in understanding your scenario and researching to get you the maximum legal refunds from IRS, we cannot issue a refund.

We work remotely only, even with our next-door neighbors. In the first instance, we get all the information by email, or you can fill in forms on our portal. Then if needed, we can meet virtually (ZOOM or GOOGLE HANG OUT or Email). We work late until 11 PM New York time. If you don’t have a scanner, either you can fill in the information in a text document or use free scanner APP on your mobile phone.
